should we have a deck shop?

i noticed that all the sites on the right have there own deck shops so it should be only natural that we have one of our own, it will be a new and challenging way to find and explore new deck though instead of testing and stuff for money we give players decks depending on rank and if they do well it gives them a chance to appreciate a new deck and all it has to offer. anyways i think it would be a benificial idea to open one for the (Hokage) clan.

i also notice there is something called "kage" tokens so why not make use of these tokens?

Are Kage tokens only for rank?
And also I think members of the clan should be allowed to donate there decks to put into the shop. But the decks should be tested for consistany.
